How to contact  Globalink:

For any questions about our services or to report a problem, the fastest way to get help is to go to: http://globalink.us/support/ and look for helpful information or submit a support request.  You may also call our office at 785-823-8284. 

E-mail: 

*You may check your e-mail via the web by going to http://iglobalink.net/, and click on “Email 3” at the top of the page. 

At the login page, type your username (without the “@yourdomain.com part) and password information.  At the next screen, be sure to select "EMail" at the top of the page to view your email box.  This is the method we recommend and support for e-mail.  

*If you prefer to use software such as Outlook or Outlook Express for your e-mail, you’ll need to know the following information:

*Both your ingoing and outgoing mail server settings should be: mail.globalink.us

* Smtp authentication must be enabled if you are using an email software such as Outlook.  All that requires is checking a box that says “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentification”, normally found somewhere under “other mailbox options” or “more settings” when you’re in the screens to set up a new email account.  For more information, you can click on "help" while in Outlook, or see our support page at Globalink Support Website, or visit Microsoft’s site for information specific to the Outlook software.

Billing:

In an effort to use the latest technologies and also to conserve paper, Globalink’s billing is done electronically.  You will receive your billing statements via e-mail.  We prefer electronic payment whenever possible, but we also accept checks.  When paying by check, please use the following billing address:
