This is a utility that provides a single point of access and modification of passwords for third-party applications such as Urchin or FrontPage. These types of applications require authentication separate from the Control Panel. Therefore, if you change your Control Panel password your Urchin password will no longer be in sync (Account Owner only).

Web Passwords Select a Directory: htdocs htdocs/images Warning: You should NOT use this utility to change any directories in which you have your own .htaccess file (i.e. directories that use FrontPage Extensions). This utility will DELETE and write over any existing .htaccess files.
