Globalink Voice-Over-IP (VOIP) Support EZ VoIP|Porta Switch |Setup

Please go to your account in porta switch and find additional tab.

Change phone profile to pap2 (if you are using pap2)

Choose your ip phone profile created by support for you. Support will need your mac address or your ip phone hardware address to create your profile for you.

You can then use the configure button below with the ip of your linksys to automatically configure your device.

If you are not able to configure using the "configure button above", please do the following :-

You must first determine what IP address your linksys device was assigned.  You need to pick up the phone attached to the Line 1 jack and dial:

                         **** (four asterisks)

then dial:     110 #

and you will be told the IP address of your device (e.g.

Please go to any browser on your computer which is on your network and enter the address:

                   http://<IP ADDRESS>/

(where <IP ADDRESS> is replaced by the address that was given to you in STEP 1.

example by typing 


Please login as admin in advance mode and find the provisioning tab

Please do the following :-

Provision Enable equal to Yes
Resync on Reset equal to Yes
Profile Rule equal to [--key $B]$A/$MA.cfg
GPP A equal to 10
GPP B equal to yourprofile

(you will need to know your "yourprofile" which will be given to you by support)


Save your settings and give at least 1 hour for our server to automatically reconfigure your device. All future changes including firmware updates will be done by our server.
